Matomo (former PIWIK) (service for web analysis):

We use the web analytics service Matomo. Matomo uses cookies for the analytics. Cookies are small text files that are saved on your computer and make the analysis of your visit on the website possible.

The through the cookies created information, e.g. time, place and frequency of your visits of the website including your IP-address are being sent to and saved on our PIWIK-server. Application management:

By sending us your application you indicate your acceptance that Bavaria may save and process your data for the purpose of the application, staffing and recruitment to which your application is referring. Your data of your application will be treated strictly confidential in accordance with the applicable legal regulations.

Your personal data will be stored and processed under the German protection laws, especially the federal data protection act (BDSG). We will gather, save, process and use your personal data only for the purpose of handling the application and the staffing process. Your online application will be processed as quickly as possible by the corresponding staff members. In the next step, your application will be sent to all Bavaria staff responsible for the selection procedure for a position corresponding to your qualifications and examined by them.

Our group of companies takes security precautions in order to protect your data stored by us within the scope of earmarking against manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons or unauthorized disclosure. These safety precautions are consistently reviewed and revised in the light of technical developments. You can withdraw your application at any time. After completion of the application procedure or if you have withdrawn your application, we will block your data in accordance with the legal regulations, currently after two months, and delete it after 6 months.

Please contact us at any time if you would like to know which personal data we store about you or if you wish to have it corrected or deleted. Furthermore, you have the right to limit the processing (Art. 18 DSGVO), the right to object to the processing (Art. 21 DSGVO) and the right to data transfer (Art, 20 DSGVO).
